I had gathered with some friends I only see once a year and we talked about the sudden die off and other issues with bees. She was telling me that a common herbicide used by home gardeners causes the bees to loose their navigation function. Hence they get lost and die because they cannot navigate back to the hive. For years we have heard about a lice issue, but this make more sense. Unfortunately, big chem. companies are not making the changes to their products that is needed. Once I have the name of the material I will post so we can all avoid it and spread the word.
